 Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful, safe, and healthy holiday season. We have officially made it to 2021! 🎉 Just in case you are wondering who this woman hitting up your inbox is… Hi! My name is Karla Pámanes and I am a brand designer who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs elevate their brand through strategic, well-crafted design. I’ve designed for brands including Discovery, HGTV, Food Network, Facebook, Yale, and more. I also love cats, word search puzzles, and carbs in all its shapes and forms. But, let’s get back to the new year… I have started doing a word of the year instead of a resolution. My word for 2021 is CELEBRATE. I chose this word because I tend to work on a lot of fun and creative projects, but rarely take the time to acknowledge my successes. Check out some of the projects I did in 2020 here. I know 2020 was a pretty heavy year for a lot of people and it definitely was for me on a personal level. My father passed away unexpectedly and it really rocked our family to the core. I want to CELEBRATE my father’s life by living more in the moment, cherishing the process, and enjoying all the things this beautiful life gifts us. How about you?
